They have been taken to hospital at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor. Police and fire crews are believed to be at the scene. North Wales Fire and Rescue said the aircraft flipped over on the runway.
It said crews were trying to free the person trapped in the aircraft.
The other two casualties have been taken to hospital at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor.
The fire service said it had 32 crew members and three officers at the airport, along with eight appliances.
It added that the light aircraft had fewer than eight seats.
North Wales Police are also at the scene.
