Man charged over house fire death

A man has been charged with murder after a 36-year-old woman died in a house fire in Gloucester.

Louise Hall was found after the blaze in Nelson Street, Tredworth, on 17 August. There were no other occupants in the building.

A 23-year-old man arrested after the incident was treated in hospital under police guard.

He has been charged with murder and arson and is due to appear before Cheltenham magistrates on Saturday.
