A man has been charged with the murder of a man whose body was found floating in a lake in the West Midlands. A 43-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a man whose body was found in a West Midlands park lake.

West Midlands Police said a 44-year-old man would appear at Warley Magistrates' Court later. He has also been charged with fraud, it said. Jagdev Rai, of Salisbury Road, West Bromwich, appeared before magistrates in Sandwell and remains in custody.
Mr Rai, who is also charged with three counts of fraud, is due to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Wednesday.
