France: 3 Men Held in Toulouse Attack

The French police have detained three people, including a soldier, in southern France as part of an investigation into last year’s deadly attacks in Toulouse against Jews and paratroopers, prosecutors said Wednesday. Two people in their early 20s were arrested late Tuesday in Toulouse, one in the neighborhood of Les Izards. A third person, a soldier on active duty, was arrested Wednesday morning in the nearby town of Castres, Agnes Thibault-Lecuivre, a prosecutors’ spokeswoman, said. A paratrooper regiment is based in Castres.
