Rottweiler mauling child scarred Dog attack chalets cease trading

The six-year-old girl mauled by two Rottweilers may suffer long-term psychological effects of the attack. The holiday chalets where a child was savaged by a pair of dogs have ceased trading for the year, the Northern Ireland Tourist Board has said.

The Northern Ireland Tourist Board has suspended the tourism classification of the business while it investigates the incident. The NITB is to write to 3,000 accommodation providers to remind them of their responsibilities.
A spokeswoman said they were not told of the dogs' presence at the farm.
