Man injured in shooting incident

A man has been treated for gunshot wounds after being shot in the leg in west Belfast.

The incident occurred at a house in Colinview Street, off the Springfield Road, shortly before 2030 BST on Wednesday.

His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Police have asked for anyone with information about the incident, or who witnessed anything suspicious in the area, to get in touch.
