Ch Insp Dave Cooper said: "Our presence here today is to try and jog people's memories and get them to think back to a week ago when Dr Anyetei was killed. | |
"It may be that someone driving past saw somebody acting suspiciously but they have not made a connection between that and the scene of the murder. | |
He added: "There is only one way in and out of Teynham Road and that is on to Watling Street. | |
"At the time Dr Anyetei was killed it would have been quite busy with traffic so it is possible a motorist could have seen something out of the ordinary." | |
