One man has died and three people are in hospital after a car crash on Anglesey in the early hours. A 32-year-old man local man has died and three people were taken to hospital following a car crashed on Anglesey in the early hours.
North Wales Police said one person has been arrested after the crash north of the village of Llanfaethlu between Amlwch and Holyhead at about 02:00 GMT. It happened on the A5025 north of the village of Llanfaethlu at about 02:00 GMT.
Police have appealed for people who saw the red Ford Fiesta car being driven in the area at the time. North Wales Police said a 23-year-old man, who is also local, has been arrested and is in custody.
The three injured were taken to hospital in Bangor. The road, off the A5025, is closed for investigations. A woman and man were treated in hospital and another man is in hospital but his injuries are not serious.
All three were taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor.
Police are appealing for people who saw the red Ford Fiesta car being driven in the area at the time.
The road was closed for investigations but has since reopened.
