Body find treated as 'suspicious'

One person has been arrested after the discovery of a man's body at a house in Belfast, which police are treating as suspicious.

The discovery was made at a property at Penrose Street, off the Ormeau Road, in the south of the city.

A police spokesman said detectives were investigating the circumstances of the man's death. His body was found at the house at about 1400 BST on Wednesday.

A post mortem examination is expected to be carried out on Thursday.

A PSNI spokesman said: "One man has been arrested and is assisting police with their inquiries."
