A member of staff there at the time said: "It was just pandemonium. The manager ran out the back and hit the panic buttons.
"I just got onto the floor and just hid.
"They got nothing. But they were shouting 'give us the money'.
"At first, I think, we were just that shocked that we didn't know what to do."
