Six people have been injured in a crash involving nine vehicles on a road in east London. Six people have been injured in a crash involving nine vehicles on a road in east London in the early hours of Sunday.

The road is closed in the eastbound direction and there are minor delays on the exit slip roads in both directions. Police are present at the scene. All six injured were taken to hospital where they remain. The A13 has now been cleared and opened for traffic.
Vehicles also are being diverted in the area but the road has been reopened in the westbound direction.
All six injured remain in hospital.
