A ferry carrying around 100 people has sunk in a river near the Bangladeshi capital, Dhaka, reports say. A small ferry has capsized in the Megna River near the Bangladeshi capital, Dhaka.
Dozens of people were said to be unaccounted for after the MV Sarosh went down in the Meghna River. Officials say two bodies have been recovered so far. Many people are believed to have been rescued but some reports say dozens are still missing.
