A police investigation has begun after an off-duty police officer fired shots during an incident at a house in Omagh, County Tyrone. A suspicious object's been discovered close to where an off duty police officer fired shots during an incident in Omagh on Friday night.
It happened on Friday night. The shooting happened on the Kevlin Road.
Police have cordoned off and are searching an area close to a large housing estate on the Kelvin Road. No-one was injured and the police ombudsman has been informed.
