Boyfriend plea over missing girl

Natasha Coombs, 17, has not been seen since boarding a train from Ipswich in Suffolk, to her home in Dovercourt, Essex, on 27 July. Joshua Brennan, 18, said Natasha was "the best person " in his life and he spoke to her on the day she went missing, telling her he loved her. He said the couple had separated two weeks before her disappearance. "She had no reason to run away," said Mr Brennan, who is from Lawford in Essex. "Natasha, in my mind, is gorgeous. She is the most gorgeous person I have ever met. "Not only are you the best person in my life, you are my best friend and I miss you and want you home," he said. Natasha had called her parents to say she was on her way home He said posters had been put up around the Manningtree area in Essex, which is where Natasha is believed to have got off a train she boarded at Ipswich at 2242 BST. She had been out for a meal with friends in the town on the night of her disappearance. Police believe she might have been upset about the separation from her boyfriend on the night she went missing. Another friend, Joshua Nellie, has set up a website in an attempt to find her, which has already received more than 3,000 hits. |
