Two brothers wanted in connection with a double murder in Northern Ireland six years ago are due to appear at Armagh Magistrates Court on Tuesday. Two brothers have appeared in court charged with the double murder of a couple who were set on fire at a house in County Armagh six years ago.
The men, aged 37 and 40, were arrested in the Republic of Ireland in December. Martin Smith, 40, and his 37-year-old brother, Niall, were remanded in custody at Armagh Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
They were later extradited to Northern Ireland. They are accused of murdering Thomas O'Hare and Lisa McClatchey at the couple's home on Foley Road in Tassagh, near Keady, in 2006.
