The 37-year-old man has scooped the entire £4,771,402 jackpot in Saturday's Lotto draw. Mark Page said he intends to spend his winnings on improving his golf handicap and taking his family on a dream holiday to the Bahamas and Hawaii.
His identity has been kept secret until he tees off his celebrations at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews. The 37-year-old had the sole winning ticket in Saturday's Lotto draw to scoop the entire £4,771,402 jackpot.
He is Dundee's second biggest lottery winner to date. Elizabeth Harrop became the city's biggest Lotto millionaire when she won £8.9m in October 2002. He works as a radio technician and lives in Dundee with his partner and their two teenage children.
