Samantha Madgin, 18, was attacked near Victoria Avenue and Albert Avenue in Wallsend last Thursday. | |
Two men, Terry Davidson, 18, of Saint Oswald Avenue, Walker, and David Kerr, 35, of Ferndene Grove, High Heaton, also appeared charged with affray. | |
All three were remanded in custody to appear before Newcastle Crown Court on 15 August. | |
