Train services out of Devon and Cornwall have been disrupted after heavy rain and strong winds. The seafront road in Torquay is closed because of flooding after a night of heavy rain.
First Great Western said services were blocked by seawater at Dawlish, with buses taking the place of trains. First Great Western train services have resumed on the track at Dawlish after flooding led to cancellations.
