Thomas Cudjoe murder: Five charged over Ilford stabbing

Thomas Cudjoe, 29, from Ilford, east London, was attacked outside a Shell garage near The Bell pub in Ley Street, Ilford, on Saturday. A post-mortem examination found he had been stabbed in the chest and legs. The men will appear at Redbridge Magistrates' Court later charged with Mr Cudjoe's murder and the possession of an offensive weapon. They are Asher Johnson, 24, of Bellamy Close, Poplar; Courtney Mitchell, 22, of Clandon Road, Ilford; Jerome Green, 23, of Ashgrove Road, Ilford; Lewis Johnson, 21, of Bellamy Close, Poplar; and Reece Garwood, 20, of Overton Drive, Romford. |
