Somerset diver feared drowned at resort in Egypt

The man is believed to be 46-year-old Steve Cracknell, from Yeovil, who was on a family holiday in Sharm el-Sheikh. The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) has confirmed a British national is currently missing in Sharm el-Sheikh. An FCO spokesman said: "The initial search has now been called off. We are liaising with the local authorities and we are providing consular assistance to the family." |
