Version 0 of 1.

A panel accompanying "New threat to child maintenance for the women who already live in fear" (Cash, last week, page 51) was wrong to say that the Department for Work and Pensions had calculated it would raise £813m in the first three years (of the Child Maintenance Service) from new applicants and existing Child Support Agency parents with care who transfer to the new service, and that: "Non-resident parents – new and existing cases – are expected to contribute more than £2bn a year in collection and enforcement charges." The DWP has actually calculated that it will raise £191.4m annually in charges from separated parents and £2.5bn in total over a 17-year "transition period".

Our review of the documentary 5 Broken Cameras last week described two Palestinians, Adeeb and Baseem, becoming the targets of Israeli troops [in April 2009]. We said Adeeb was injured in the leg, with Bassem suffering "even worse injuries" after a direct hit by a gas grenade. Bassem Ibrahim Abu-Rahma was actually killed by the grenade. ("True tales of the West Bank", New Review, page 24).

Homophone call: Frankel's "taught frame" ("Farewell to the wonder horse", Sport, last week, page 10).
