The girls will be remembered at a service at Cambridge Crematorium. The father of the two girls said he would "never be the same again".
David Baker said his daughters Davina and Jasmine were "beautiful angels" who brought light into his life.
Mr Baker, of Cambridge, paid tribute to them at their funeral service at Cambridge Crematorium.
"Davina and Jasmine you are my beautiful angels," said Mr Baker. "You brought light and pride into my life.
"I was there the moment each of you were born, I held you as babies and watched you smile for the first time. I taught you to walk, I taught you to talk.
"I was watching you grow into beautiful intelligent young women, so full of life, so full of confidence.
"Now you have been ripped away from me I will never be the same person again."
Scores of mourners - including many teenage friends of the girls - crowded into the crematorium for the funeral service.
