A 37-year-old man arrested in connection with disturbances in County Antrim at the weekend has been charged with incitement to murder. A man has been charged with aiding and abetting attempted murder in Carrickfergus at the weekend.
He is expected to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court later. It is understood the charge relates to a stabbing incident. Thompson Gilmore, 37, appeared at Belfast Magistrates Court in connection with the stabbing of another man in Castlemara estate.
On Tuesday, three men were remanded in custody on charges linked to the weekend violence in Carrickfergus. Mr Gilmore, from Castlemara Drive, was remanded in custody.
On Tuesday, three other men were remanded in custody on charges linked to the violence in the County Antrim town on Saturday night.
