Two arrested over girl's murder

A man has been arrested after a planned operation by police investigating the death of a 17-year-old girl, who was shot in a north London nightclub. Tristan Walker, 21, was arrested in Oxford following a three week manhunt. He was wanted for questioning over the death of Annaka Pinto, from Upper Edmonton, on 23 June. Miss Pinto was shot and killed in the Swan club in Tottenham. A woman previously held in connection with the murder has been rearrested. She is being questioned on suspicion of assisting an offender. Police have previously arrested and bailed two men, aged 19 and 23, and two women, aged 16 and 20, in the investigation into Miss Pinto's death. |
