He was arrested following the suspected failed car bomb attacks in central London on 29 June. Mr Asha, from Staffordshire, was arrested on the M6 motorway after the car bomb attacks on 29 June.

Mr Asha, from Newcastle-under-Lyme is accused of conspiring with Bilal Abdullah, Kafeel Ahmed and "others unknown", Scotland Yard said.
