Husband denies Special Pc murder

Mrs Patel-Nasri, 29, died when she was stabbed in the leg outside the home she shared with Fadi Nasri, 33, in Wembley, north-west London, in May 2006. Mrs Patel-Nasri, a hairdresser, had been a special constable for three-and-a-half years. Roger Leslie, Tony Emmanuel and Jason Jones have also been accused of murder. They also denied the charge. Video link Mr Nasri, of Alderman Court, Barnet, north London, and Mr Leslie, 37, of Bells Hill, Barnet, were charged with murder in February. Mr Emmanuel, 41, of Clements Road, East Ham, east London, was charged last December and Mr Jones, 35, of Hathaway Crescent, Manor Park, east London, was charged in January. Mr Nasri and Mr Jones stood in the dock, while Mr Leslie and Mr Emmanuel appeared by video link. All four were all remanded in custody to face trial on 18 February. Mrs Patel-Nasri and Mr Nasri had been married for three years. |
