More arrests in cocaine inquiry

Two more men have been arrested by police investigating the largest cocaine seizure in Ireland's history.

The men, in their 40s, were detained in Schull, County Cork, close to theMizen Head peninsula, where drugs worth 107m euro were found earlier this week.

The pair were taken to Bantry Garda Station, where another man is also being detained.

The 1.5 tonnes of cocaine is believed to have been destined for the British market.

It was found off the coast of Cork as rescuers searched for a man believed missing from a capsized dinghy.

Witnesses to the sea rescue saw 50 packets of white powder in the water.
