Teenager murder accused in court

A 20-year-old man and a teenager have appeared in court charged with the murder of a 14-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in north London.

Martin Dinnegan was stabbed in the chest during an argument involving up to 20 youths in Islington on 26 June.

Sean Clarke, from Holloway, north London, and a 16-year-old youth appeared before Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court.

Both have been remanded and will appear before the Old Bailey on 8 October.

Another boy, 15, from Islington, also appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Saturday charged with Martin's murder.

A fourth person, a 20-year-old man, remains in custody at an east London police station.
