Gang 'targeted pensioner twice' Man, 90, robbed twice in one week

An SDLP assembly member has said he believes the same gang carried out two robberies at the home of a 90-year-old man in County Armagh. A 90-year-old County Armagh man has told how he has been the victim of robbers in his home twice in four days.

Dominic Bradley said it was a terrifying experience for the man whose wife died six weeks ago. Mr Cosgrove, whose wife died six weeks ago, said: "What can I do about it? I have to carry on, just linger on."
He explained that the gang had banged on his doors and windows on Saturday night, but he went upstairs and did not let them in.
"I went upstairs, I thought they were away. Next thing, there was a fellow standing behind me in the room. Another four came in behind him," he said.
SDLP assembly member Dominic Bradley said it was a terrifying ordeal for the pensioner.
