A 16-year-old-girl has been raped by a man while two others held her down near a nightclub in Strabane, County Tyrone. The rape of a 16-year-old girl near a County Tyrone nightclub has been described as "brutal" by police.
She was walking to a nightclub in the town when the assault happened. She then went to the club and told people there what had happened. She was going to a club in Strabane when she was accosted by three men. They took her away and two held her down whilst the third raped her.

Detective Constable Peter McGlynn said he was appalled by the attack and appealed for anyone who witnessed it to come forward. Detective Inspector Ian Harrison described those responsible as "predators" and said the girl was "highly traumatised" by the attack.
Meanwhile, police investigating a sexual assault in Londonderry want to hear from a taxi driver who collected a fare after the incident. "This was a brutal sexual assault on a defenceless 16-year-old girl who came to Strabane to socialise with her friends," he said.
It happened late on Friday night, or early Saturday morning, and police understand the taxi dropped the fare off in the Northland Road/Francis Street area of the city. DI Ian Harrison said the girl was traumatised
The attack happened between 2200 BST and midnight on Saturday. She was approached in the Railway Road area of the town.
The men then took her to an undisclosed location where the attack happened.
The police officer said several hundred people were in the area on Saturday night and he urged anyone with information, or who was in the vicinity at the time, to contact police.
"My appeal is to the local community - help me find the three youths responsible for this attack," said DI Harrison.
He also appealed to the gang themselves to come forward to police.
