Officers want to speak to Mohammed Habib, 40, over the stabbing of Ahmed Shah, 56, in Southall, on 5 June. Mr Habib, a minicab driver from Southall, is said to have links in Scotland and could be travelling around the UK staying in bed and breakfasts. He is described as Asian, about 5ft 4ins tall, with brown eyes, black hair and a prominent beard. Mr Shah, a father-of-three who ran an import-export business and dealt in property, was stabbed to death on the road where he lived. He had red chilli powder thrown over him before being attacked. His attacker wore a boiler suit and a balaclava. A statement from Strathclyde Police said: "If the public see Mr Habib they are advised not to approach him but to dial 999." |
