It is alleged that between 21 and 27 July she "knowing or believing that Yassin Omar, 24, had committed offences of attempted murder, conspiracy to murder, and offences contrary to the Explosives Substances Act 1883" assisted him in evading arrest. | |
The second charge alleges during the same period she was in possession of details which "might be of material assistance" in apprehending, prosecuting, or convicting Mr Omar over "the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism" and "failed to disclose it as soon as reasonably practicable". | |
Six men, all from the London area, are facing trial charged with conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to cause explosions on 21 July 2005. | |
The other five are: Adel Yahya, 23, Hussain Osman, 27, Manfo Asiedu, 32, Ramzi Mohammed, 23 and Muktar Said Ibrahim, 27. |
