Woman admits killing her children

A mother has admitted killing her son and daughter when she appeared at the Old Bailey on Tuesday.

Vivian Gamor, 29, of Hackney, east London, denied murder but pleaded guilty to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.

Post-mortem examinations showed her 10-year-old son Antione had suffered head injuries and three-year-old Kenniece had been suffocated.

They were found on 27 January after police were called to the family home.

Gamor was remanded until 25 June for a psychiatric report to be prepared.
