Version 0 of 1.

A four-vehicle crash has caused major delays to drivers travelling on the northbound A90 in Angus.

Several people were hurt in the collision, which happened at about 2320 BST on Saturday. None of their injuries were thought to be life-threatening.

A section of the carriageway near Glamis junction at Petterden was shut.

Vehicles were being diverted onto the A928 and then onto the A94, coming back onto the motorway near Forfar. The southbound carriageway is not affected.

Tayside Police urged drivers to be careful after one diverted car struck a tree on the first section of road.
