Man, 61, hurt in 'violent incident' at Filey house

A teenage boy and a man have been arrested after a 61-year-old man was injured in "a violent incident" at a house in North Yorkshire.

Police were called to the property on Hope Street in Filey in the early hours of Sunday.

The 61-year-old was taken to Scarborough District Hospital for treatment and is in a stable condition.

A 16-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man are being questioned about the incident.
