A man has died following a road accident in Coleraine, the Police Service of Northern Ireland has said. Two men have been killed in separate road accidents in Northern Ireland.
The crash happened at Sandelford Bridge when a lorry hit a stationary vehicle before it struck a man who was carrying out work on the carriageway. A 41-year-old man died after a crash on the Carnteel Road, Aughnacloy, at about 1745 BST. A man in his 70s was injured.
The accident happened at about 0710 BST and police, who are investigating the cause of the collision, have appealed for any witnesses to contact them. Meanwhile, police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road accident in Sandelford Bridge in Coleraine.
So far this year 38 people have died on Northern Ireland's roads. A lorry hit a stationary vehicle before it struck a man who was carrying out work on the carriageway at about 0710 BST.
