South Wales Police want to hear from anyone who may have seen, had contact with or has knowledge of the movements of Mr Richards between 2215 BST on Monday and the discovery of his body on 26 April. Det Supt Paul Kemp, who is heading the investigation, said:"We would like to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious in Clarence Street, Ton Row, and the area around the bridge that crosses from Ton Row to the cricket pitch, between Monday at 10pm and the following morning before 10am."
