Alliance councillor Sara Duncan said she was horrified and disgusted at the attack which could deprive some children of getting to school.
"Parents, staff and children work very hard to add to what money they get from the ministry of education to run the school," she said.
"It is hard enough for a school to survive nowadays without having to replace equipment, temporary buildings, and school buses that have been trashed."
