A man is being treated for multiple stab wounds to the back and chest following an incident in south Belfast. A man has died in hospital after being stabbed in the back and chest at a house in south Belfast.
The incident was reported to police on Friday afternoon. The man is being treated for his injuries at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. One man has been arrested in connection with the incident, which took place at the property in Grays Park Drive close to the Belvoir area.
Police called for an ambulance after finding the victim in a house in Grayspark Drive. The victim was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast after the attack, where he was being treated for multiple stab wounds.
The area is close to the Belvoir Estate. The victim was discovered at about 1530 BST on Friday. The incident was reported to police at about 1500 BST on Friday.
