Three young men have been injured in a traffic accident on the main Monaghan Road between Middletown and the border. They are being treated at Craigavon Area Hospital. The men are aged in their late teens and early 20s. The road is closed and a diversion is in place. They are being treated at Craigavon Area Hospital in County Armagh. One is in a critical condition after the single car crash.
A PSNI spokesman said: "These diversions are not suitable for HGV vehicles and they are advised to head towards Keady or Newry." The men are aged in their late teens and early 20s. The road has reopened.
Meanwhile, one person has been arrested after a man was hit by a car which allegedly failed to stop at Letterkenny, County Donegal.
