Man faces kidnap and sex charges

A Nottingham man has been charged with kidnappings and sex offences against children up to 23 years ago.

Lee Bartram, 37, of the Victoria Centre flats in the city, is accused of kidnapping and assaulting a boy, then aged under 13, in 1984.

He is also charged with the kidnap and assault of a boy aged six in 1990. Additionally he faces charges of possessing indecent images.

Mr Bartram was due to appear before Nottingham magistrates on Saturday.
