Teenage murder suspect remanded Boy, 13, charged with stab murder

An 18-year-old has appeared before Waltham Forest magistrates charged with the murder of schoolboy Paul Erhahon. A 13-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of schoolboy Paul Erhahon, 14, in east London.
Paul, 14, was stabbed in the heart and died near his home in Leytonstone, east London, on 6 April. His 15-year-old friend was also stabbed in the attack. The youth, who was held in east London on Wednesday, is the sixth teenager to be charged over the fatal stabbing in Leytonstone on 6 April.
Theo Diah, of Anglian Road, Leytonstone, is charged with Paul's murder and the attempted murder and grievous bodily harm of Paul's friend. He is also charged with the attempted murder of Paul's 15-year-old friend, who was stabbed in the attack.
He was remanded into custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 24 April. Meanwhile, Theo Diah, 18, has appeared at Waltham Forest magistrates charged with Paul's murder.
Four teenagers, aged 13, 14, 15 and 17, have already appeared in court charged with the teenager's murder. Mr Diah, of Anglian Road, Leytonstone, is charged with Paul's murder and the attempted murder and grievous bodily harm of Paul's friend.
They were remanded in custody at Waltham Forest Youth Court last week and will also appear at the Old Bailey on 24 April. Mr Diah and four teenagers, aged 13, 14, 15 and 17, have been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 24 April.
Two other youths, aged 13 and 15, are still being questioned by police.
