On Monday, Judge Denyer said Evans had "deliberately frustrated" the court process. The judge said: "These offences all involve neighbours of yours. It's abundantly clear you will not change.
"Most recently when it was a condition of your bail that you co-operate with probation services you deliberately did not attend a meeting that had been arranged.
"I accept that there is a good and positive side to your nature but it seems to be that in spite of your age and infirmities that you have, for going on for 10 years, made life a misery for your neighbours."
He said that because of Evans' age her prison sentence would be much shorter.
Also, the existing Asbo order will remain in place.
He said that Evans' neighbours Angela and Roberto Casa were "eminently decent and reasonable people".
"You made their lives a misery, as was apparent both at the trial and by the witness impact statements".
On Monday, Judge Denyer said Evans, who had been at hospital instead of in court, had "deliberately frustrated" the court process.

Judge Denyer said: "She has quite deliberately frustrated the workings of this court. I will not be prepared to adjourn this any further in the light of her non-cooperation."
The court also heard Evans had failed to attend a meeting with the probation service in March, which breached a condition of bail.

The judge has already said that, despite Evans' age, he was "seriously contemplating a prison sentence" as the only way of bringing home the seriousness of her behaviour.
Evans has previously been warned that if she did not appear for sentence without a very good reason, a warrant would be issued for her arrest.
A medical report on her current physical condition has been prepared.
