Four people arrested after a woman's body was found on a motorway have been released on bail.

The body of Jacqueline Pye, 42, from Higher Bebington, was found beneath a bridge on the M53 near Clatterbridge, Merseyside, on Monday.

A post-mortem examination has shown she died as a result of head injuries after a fall.

Police believe she had been at a party with the three men and a woman who were arrested.
