Murder probe after body in lane Two questioned over body in lane

A murder investigation is underway after a man's body was discovered in a lane at Port Talbot. Two men have been arrested over the death of a man whose body was discovered in a lane at Port Talbot.
South Wales Police have set up an incident room and a team of forensic officers are examining the area around Grove Place in the town. South Wales Police began a murder inquiry and forensic teams have searched the scene around Grove Place where the body was found.
The body of the man, believed to be in his thirties, was found at around 0400 on Saturday morning and he has not yet been identified. Officers are investigating whether the man's death is linked to a series of disturbances in the area on Friday night and the early hours of Saturday.
South Wales Police say he may have been assaulted shortly before his death. The victim, who is thought to be in his 30s, has not been formally identified.
Superintendent Cliff Filer, divisional commander for Neath and Port Talbot, said it was a "rare incident". Supt Cliff Filer, divisional commander for Neath and Port Talbot, asked anyone with information about the man's death to contact police.

They also want information about events in the Grove Place area on Friday night and Saturday morning.
