Police are speaking to those at the party and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward. Police said house-to-house inquiries were under way and that they had been speaking to those at the party.
Forensic examinations
The house where the stabbing took place has been sealed off while forensic examinations were being carried out.
A police spokeswoman said the men went into the house at about 0310 GMT.
One of them carried out the attack, before leaving with the others.
