The block in Battersea, south-west London, has been evacuated but police say no-one inside has been injured. | |
The flats are on the edge of a construction site and local residents describe the collapse as like a bomb going off. | |

"People here are in shock. Many thought a bomb had gone off. A number of locals have also told me the other man to have died was someone out washing their car. Obviously that has not been confirmed as yet." | |
