Teenager dies after cliff plunge

A teenage boy has died after falling 30ft (9.1m) from the top of a cliff in the Black Country.

The 16-year-old was found in woodland at the back of St Mark's Church, in High Street, Pensnett, Brierley Hill, on Sunday evening.

Paramedics were called and tried to revive the boy, who was suffering from breathing difficulties, but he died at the scene.

The identity of the dead boy has not yet been revealed.
