The car was found alight in Feltham with three dead at the scene at 23:55 BST on Monday. The fourth passenger was taken to hospital. Metropolitan Police officers found both vehicles alight when they were called to Bedfont Road, Feltham, at 23:55 BST on Monday.
The London Fire Brigade said the bus was also alight, with the passengers and driver moved to safety. Three people who were in the car were pronounced dead at the scene while a fourth was taken to hospital.
Some were treated for injuries at the scene with two others taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Two passengers in the bus, an H26 service bound for Hatton Cross, were also taken to hospital but their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening and others were treated at the scene, the Met said.

Assistant Commissioner Paul McCourt from London Fire Brigade said: "The thoughts of everyone within the brigade are with the families impacted by this tragic incident. London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service also attended the incident.

London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service both attended the incident and roads in the area will remain closed while an investigation continues. The fire was put out at 01:41 BST.
