Actor denies child sex offences

Comedy actor Chris Langham has denied indecently assaulting a girl under the age of 16 at a West End theatre.

The charges relating to the girl include a serious sexual offence and eight counts of indecent assault between 1994 and 1998.

Mr Langham, 57, of Cranbrook, Kent, also denied 15 counts of making an indecent photograph of a child in 2005, at Maidstone Crown Court.

The award-winning actor has said he is "determined to clear his name".
